Wollastonite, Calcite, and Hydrozincite, Big Yellow Mine, Utah

This is a small, but spectacular fluorescent specimen, collected in 2016 from the Big Yellow Mine, located on the back side of Indian Grave Peak, northwest of Frisco, Utah. This rock contains yellow fluorescing wollastonite, red/orange fluorescing calcite, and blue fluorescing hydrozincite, all seen under short wave UV (254nm). This size of this specimen is 43 x 37 x 32 mm, and it weighs 43 grams.
