Fluorite and Calcite, Pure Potential Mine, Arizona

FireViper

Calcite and Fluorite combinations rarely get boring. This one has a very unique fluorite pattern within the primarily calcite matrix. It's from the Pure Potential Mine (North Geronimo Mine) in the Silver District, Trigo Mountains, La Paz Co., Arizona, USA. Interestingly, the calcite isn't that strong in shortwave, and is much brighter under midwave. The rock is about five inches by five inches and shown in LW + MW, LW, MW, SW and natural.
